The M1 Mirror Mount is combined with the 10D20ER.4 mirror. The M1 mount coupled with the 10D20ER.4 mirror is an ideal packaged set for standard laboratory applications. Note that each item will be packaged separately for shipment.
M1 is a standard laboratory mirror mount, 1.0 inch in Diameter, with 2 Knob Actuators. It is ideal for general purpose applications requiring a compact, robust, kinematic design at an economical price. The M1 is an aperture version for 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter optics. UPA-series adaptors, which are compatible with the M1 mount, allow other various sizes and types of optics to be securely held and positioned. Two precision 100-TPI adjustment screws are standard providing exceptionally smooth, high-resolution adjustment.
The 10D20ER.4 Broadband Metallic Mirror is an excellent general purpose, broadband reflectors. This 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter mirror is made from a 6.0 mm thick Borofloat® 33 substrate. Borofloat has low thermal expansion and is an excellent substrate for most applications. The ER.4 protected gold coating is ideal for applications requiring broadband reflectance in the near IR to the far IR. A multilayer dielectric overcoat provides protection to the gold from the environment. Average reflectivity is greater than 96% from 650–1700 nm and greater than 98% from 1.7–2.0 μm. This mirror has a λ/10 surface flatness and a 15-5 surface quality.
