SOHO Professional Laboratory guarantees that all products that we sell are free from defects during the warranty period from the date of delivery. Depending on the condition of the product, we offer two types of warranty: a manufacturer's warranty or a two-year warranty for replacement.

The warranty for the product only applies to normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation, or any damage caused by actions that are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage outside of the defective product, as well as for any replacement or repair performed by another party.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All products of all manufacturers are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers allow a refund with applicable duty for repackaging and restocking (in most cases, 10-25%), as well as the applicable fee for re-checking all products with a broken factory seal. Other manufacturers believe that the items are not subject to cancellation and can not be refunded. Please contact us if you need further information for any particular product.

2-week replacement warranty

All industrial spare products are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty.

During the warranty period, Industrial Spares, at its discretion, will:

(1) Repair of an existing product;

(2) Replace the product with a comparable product; or

(3) Return the amount you paid for the product upon return.

The warranty does not cover a part that is damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, careless handling or improper installation.
