Delivery Information
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Maryland through USPS, UPS Ground (standard delivery) or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified. International orders are usually sent via Priority Mail International.
Orders are processed 24/7 and are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, except for federal US holidays. We do not fulfill orders on Sunday.
Orders must be placed before 4:00pm EST for processing on the same day.
Once the order has been placed and you have received a payment confirmation receipt, please allow 3 hours for your order to be processed and sent.
Delivery options
You can select different shipping methods and carriers depending on which goods you buy, and the destination to which they will be delivered. When placing an order, you will be asked to choose the delivery method for your order. Below you will find all the available shipping options at this time.
Standard delivery (ground, 1-5 business days)
Orders sent via standard delivery are delivered within 1-5 business days from the date the order was placed.
Orders are dispatched and delivered only during normal business days (from Monday to Friday, except for major holidays).
Express delivery (Air, 1-3 business days)
Orders sent via Express delivery are delivered within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.
Orders are dispatched and delivered during normal business days and Saturday (Monday - Saturday, except major holidays).
Overnight delivery (Air, next business day)
Orders sent via Overnight delivery are delivered within 1 business day from the date of the order’s submission.
For urgent orders Early Morning delivery can be chosen to receive your order before 10:30 am on the next business day.
These orders are dispatched and delivered on normal business days and Saturday (Monday - Saturday, except major holidays).
Delivery on the same day (air, same business day)
Same day delivery orders are delivered on the same business day within a few hours from the date the order was sent. If you select this option for same day delivery, you must place your order and pay for it no later than 11am EST.
If you order outside of the appointed timeframes for each shipping option, call us at 1-800-123-4567 to discuss delivery options before placing your order so that we can process the order correctly and in a timely manner.

You can also pick up the equipment from our warehouse.
You also have the option to pick up your order from our warehouse in Maryland during normal business hours. When you place an order, on the "Delivery Address" page you will see the option to "Pick Up from Store". Please call or email us to schedule your arrival at a time that is convenient for you.
Package Destinations
We can send items around the world (except to Iran, Russia, Armenia, South Cyprus, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Uganda). However, please make sure that the product you are buying and the destination is not subject to any embargo or sanctions from the US government. For your convenience, we also noted some other things from our experience that should be considered.
US Customers
- Shipments to PO Box and military APO / FPO addresses can only be sent through the US Postal Service.
- Shipments to any US territory are usually sent through the US Postal Service.
International clients
- We reserve the right to restrict the delivery of certain products outside the US, based on the limitations of the manufacturer.
- Shipments to mailboxes can be sent only through the US Postal Service.
Shipping costs and fees
The shipping cost depends on the goods in your order, on the delivery method you chose and on your delivery destination. The actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the completion of your order.
The delivery charge will be billed to the billing address in your order, unless otherwise noted. If you want the order to be charged to your account, you must specify this and provide all your account information and at the time of sale. The costs of packaging and processing will still apply.
