The LDC-3916371 High Resolution Combination Laser Diode Controller Module offers both a 500 mA laser diode driver, and a 9 W TEC controller in the same module.
The module provides high stability, low noise output with multiple hardware current limits and laser protection features such as intermittent contact protection, adjustable compliance voltage limit, slow turn-on, shorting circuits and 4-wire voltage measurement for precise laser diode forward voltage measurement. The built-in bi-polar temperature controller works with thermistor type temperature sensors for precise temperature control over a wide range of temperatures.
This LDC3916371 module is compatible with the LDC-3908, LDC-3916, or LDC-3926 modular laser diode controllers.
