The new 919P-003-10 High Sensitivity Thermopile Sensor is designed for high sensitivity with very low noise and drift. It has an active diameter of 9.5 mm and can measure optical power from 40 μW to 3W and single shot energy from 20 μJ to 2J. It is spectrally flat and covers the wavelength range from 0.19 to 11 μm (BB type coating). It has a 1/4-20 tapped hole for post or plate mounting and comes with a 1/2 inch diameter post.
Calibration of the thermopile detector is required annually to assure NIST traceability.
