The 918D-ST-UV is a newly redesigned thin-profile, wand detector with a sturdy metal housing. Features include integrated calibration-data storage, built-in OD3 attenuation filter with automatic On/Off detection, and temperature sensing electronics for temperature drift compensation. Incorporating a large area 10 mm X 10 mm UV Enhanced Silicon (Si) photodiode, this slim optical sensor is ideal for laser and other optical power measurements in tight locations with busy setups. It is supplied with a NIST traced calibration report that details individual detector responsivity measured with and without attenuator. Includes a DB15 calibration module that provides direct compatibility with Newport’s latest power meters, including 1916-R, 843-R, 1830-R, 1918-R, and 1936/2936-R. RoHS compliant.
