Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) photodetector NIST-traceable calibrated for 800-1650 nm optical power measurements. Compatible with DB15 based Newport Power Meters. Includes a certificate of calibration with calibration curves and data for both attenuator on and off conditions.
