The PEPS-3-9.5 Laser Power and Position Sensor measures laser beam position as well as power and single shot energy. It is a quad cell thermopile detector. It has a 12 mm active diameter and can measure beam position to 0.15 mm accuracy. It measures power from 160 µW to 3 W and energy from 30 µJ to 2 J. It has the broadband coating that covers the spectral range from 0.15 to 20 µm. When connected to our advanced 1919-R power meter or PMManagerTM program, beam tracking is also possible. Compatible power meter models include 1919-R, 843-R, 843-R-USB, and 841-PE-USB. It has a 1/4-20 tapped hole for post or plate mounting and comes with a 1/2 inch diameter post.
