Can the SWB-2813 operate directly in a PXI chassis?

No. It requires the PXI Carrier Module for SwitchBlock; it is not a standalone PXI module.

Can it share analog bus lines with a 1-wire SWB-2816?

NI-SWITCH and NI-DAQmx do not allow analog-bus sharing between these different wire modes. NI documents lower-level relay control separately, which bypasses automatic software settings.
