The PXI-7851R provides FPGA-based onboard processing and direct control of I/O timing and synchronization. Its dedicated ADC on each analog input supports independent timing and triggering, including multirate acquisition.

The LabVIEW FPGA Module supports customization for hardware-in-the-loop testing, sensor simulation, custom protocol communication and high-speed control.

  • Analog input channels can sample simultaneously or at different rates.
  • Software-selectable differential, referenced single-ended and nonreferenced single-ended analog input modes; the selected mode applies to all input channels.
  • Digital lines support FPGA-defined inputs, outputs, counters or custom logic.
  • PXI timing can use an onboard clock phase-locked to the PXI 10 MHz reference.
