Overview

SOHO Professional Laboratory guarantees that all products we sell are free from defects during the warranty period from the date of delivery. Depending on the condition of the product, we offer either a manufacturer’s warranty or a two-year warranty for replacement. The warranty applies to normal use only and does not cover damage caused during transportation or any damage beyond our control.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products of all manufacturers are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Most manufacturers allow a refund with applicable fees for repackaging and restocking (typically 10% to 25%), as well as any applicable fee for re-checking products with a broken factory seal. Other manufacturers consider certain items non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please contact us if you need details for a particular product.

Two Years Replacement Warranty

All industrial spare products are covered by a two-year replacement warranty.

During the warranty period, SOHO Professional Laboratory may, at its discretion:

1. Repair the existing product
2. Replace the product with a comparable product
3. Refund the amount paid for the product upon return

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover parts or products that are damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, or modification by another party. We are not responsible for loss or damage outside of a defective product, including any replacement or repair performed by another party without prior authorization.
