The PXI-6233 brings voltage measurements, waveform generation and digital control into a single PXI peripheral module. Its bank-isolated architecture separates the measurement circuitry from the non-isolated bus circuitry.

The module uses PCI signaling through a PXI-1 interface. It fits PXI peripheral slots and the PXI-1 or hybrid peripheral slots of PXI Express chassis.

  • Bank-isolated voltage I/O for measurement and control.
  • Two analog output channels share a clock and support waveform generation.
  • Digital lines support static I/O and programmable function interface timing roles.
  • Two general-purpose counters support measurement and pulse-generation tasks.
