The PXI-7854 combines FPGA-based reconfigurable I/O with analog acquisition, analog generation, and bidirectional digital signals in a PXI module. Its user-programmable FPGA supports onboard processing and control of I/O timing and synchronization.

The analog inputs support simultaneous sampling, 16-bit resolution, and a maximum sample rate of 750 kS/s. The eight analog outputs also provide 16-bit resolution, with a maximum update rate of 1 MS/s. Both analog input and output ranges are -10 V to 10 V.

Virtex-5 LX110 FPGA provides reconfigurable onboard I/O processing.
