FAQ

Product-specific questions

Product-specific answers based on available technical information.

Which software versions are listed in the cRIO-9065 getting started guide?

The guide lists LabVIEW 2014 SP1, LabVIEW Real-Time Module 2014 SP1, and NI-RIO Device Drivers 14.5 as minimum versions. FPGA programming also requires LabVIEW FPGA Module 2014 SP1 or later. These historical minimums do not establish compatibility with every subsequent release.

What is the difference between the listed cRIO-9065 part numbers?

NI lists 783832-01 without conformal coating and 783832-02 with conformal coating. The supplied catalog record does not identify which variant applies.

What external power does the cRIO-9065 require?

It requires a 9 to 30 VDC external supply. Maximum power input is 18 W with four C Series modules.
