The PCIe-6321 combines analog input, analog output, digital I/O and counters/timers on a PCI Express device. Its analog input subsystem provides 16-bit resolution at a maximum sample rate of 250 kS/s, with up to 16 single-ended or 8 differential channels. Simultaneous sampling is not supported.

Two 16-bit voltage outputs provide a -10 V to 10 V output range and a maximum update rate of 900 kS/s. The bus-powered device also provides 24 bidirectional digital channels, four counters/timers and a VHDCI front connection.
