Warranty information and conditions for purchases made from SOHO Professional Laboratory. Please read this page carefully before placing an order or requesting service.
SOHO Professional Laboratory guarantees that all products we sell are free from defects during the warranty period from the date of delivery. SOHO Professional Laboratory provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to normal use only and does not cover damage caused during transportation or any damage beyond our control.
The SOHO ProLab warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Most manufacturers allow a refund with applicable fees for repackaging and restocking (typically 10% to 25%), as well as any applicable fee for re-checking products with a broken factory seal. Other manufacturers consider certain items non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please contact us if you need details for a particular product.
All industrial spare products are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty.
During the warranty period, SOHO Professional Laboratory may, at its discretion:
The warranty does not cover parts or products that are damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, or modification by another party. We are not responsible for loss or damage outside of a defective product, including any replacement or repair performed by another party without prior authorization.
