How are the power-up levels selected?

Jumper W1 selects pull-up or pull-down bias through 100 kΩ resistors.

What is required to access all lines with R1005050?

Connect both 50-pin branches to connector blocks. NI identifies the CB-100 kit as an R1005050 cable with two CB-50 blocks.
